Dominic Chan

CPA (Practising), CPA (Aust.), MPA, MSc (Finance)

Dominic is the sole-proprietor of the firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong, and is a member of CPA Australia. He is an independent non-executive director of a Singapore listed company. He has also been an executive director and a company secretary of a Hong Kong listed company and independent non-executive directors of other Hong Kong and Singapore listed companies.

Dominic holds Master's Degrees in Professional Accounting and Finance, and is well experienced in areas of finance, audit and accounting. He has extensive connections with the corporate finance market in Singapore, and has been actively involved in assisting corporations in Hong Kong and China to list in Singapore and the USA. As part of his dedication and commitment to his profession, Dominic has given talks and seminars in China, on topics such as accounting and corporate finance. He also travels extensively to meet with clients, giving a more personal approach to helping them with their business needs.

Keith R. Margetson

Chartered Accountant – Canada, CPA (Illinois-USA), Bachelor of Commerce

Keith is the concurring reviewer of our firm's US assurance jobs. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a US CPA (Illinois). He is the director of the CPA firm K R Margetson Ltd in Canada. Keith PCAOB (United States Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) and the CPAB (Canadian Public Accountants Board) registered and has over 25 years of experience in auditing public companies.

Dr. Gary Leung

FCCA, AHKSA, ASA, ACIS, ACS, PhD, MPA, PgDCA, B.Com

Gary is the principal of our firm in charge of technical and quality control. He is a qualified accountant and is a chartered secretary with over 18 years' experience in accounting, corporate finance, IPO, company secretarial work, and auditing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Administration, and a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Management.

Gary is an associate of each of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries, and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, as well as being a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

He has been a visiting lecturer of the University of Hong Kong, the Open University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic, and the Hong Kong Baptist University since 1999. He is also a regular speaker for many seminars organised by professional bodies, such as the ACCA in Hong Kong, and is also an Adjunct Professor of the University of Northern Virginia, USA.
